Increase your Google Page Rank by Following These 5 Simple Tips

Increasing the Google page rank of your website can be a difficult, if not an insurmountable task coupled with loss of time and money. Most people do not understand the fundamentals on what it takes for a site to increase its Google page rank. Luckily, a few steps coupled with lots of patience and hard work will definitely pay itself off as this will not only increase your Google page rank but increase your website’s traffic and reputation as well.
1. Link your website to websites that also have related content. Also, it would be better if you can gain links from websites having a higher PR (page rank) than your website.
2. Write and publish articles. Make sure these articles are informative and straight to the point. The best way to learn how to write articles is to look at the written articles of successful article authors and learn their style of writing. Don’t forget to add a resource box and a link to your website.
3. Submit your site to search engine directories. When you submit your site to the search engines you will receive a free link from that particular search engine. To start, submit you site to the major search engines like Google, Yahoo and Bing.
4. Join forums related to your niche and be an active participant. To do this, help other forum members by answering their queries and try to post topics that are beneficial as well. Avoid spamming as you can get banned from the forum and this could bring a bad reputation to you and your website. Don’t forget to add a signature in your forum profile. Include in the forum profile signature the URL link to your website so that every time you post on the forums you signature will be exposed and other forum members may click on them and eventually gain you free traffic.
5. Try sending out newsletters. In the newsletters give useful bits of information about news relating to your niche. You don’t have to tell them the complete story in newsletters. Entice your readers with your newsletters by showing a catchy title for your articles and showing them a preview of the updated content you have. Provide a link to your website at the end of each preview. A perfect example would be hyperlinking the text “Click here to read more.”

  6. Nice! I wish I had found an article like this when I was first learning about Google Page Rank. The only this I might add is that one should beware about who you are linking out to and also beware of companies that sell link backs. Most times these companies do more harm then good. Qualifying link backs from web sites that and similar content or subject is key, but also difficult. There are better ways of getting these link backs.
